Framework module at Drupal site is a good starting point for building a Drupal theme. It is a skeleton that you can easy to use. First, you should download framework theme from Drupal modules then install into your Drupal development version.

Drupal is a great CMS (Content Management System) and Web development framework. I have tried some other open CMS solutions before as Joomal, Typo3, CMS Made Simple and DotNetNuke, all of them are good. I choosed Drupal as based system for my websites (blogging, CMS, ecommerce solutions). I love Drupal. I is flexible to develop large web sites by reducing development time and increasing system performance.

This is a Drupal based website. It is running on Drupal 6, using a free XHTML/CSS template from Solucija and some contributed modules from Drupal community.
